What you’ll do
- In this role, you will be a key partner to the Vodafone Enterprise business divisions, focusing on the Enterprise Mobile Business, which includes Mobile Voice, Mobile Broadband, and B2B & B2C Wholesale services.
- You will support and drive commercial performance and strategic decision-making, including the target-setting process, while providing financial insights and advice.
- You will be part of the Enterprise Finance Business Partner team, reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Business Partnering. Your work will involve close collaboration with the Enterprise Leadership Team, Commercial Enterprise Team, and various finance teams, including Financial Reporting, Commercial Analysis and Planning, and Business Insights and Analytics.
- Your responsibilities will include owning the Enterprise Mobile P&L, conducting monthly performance reviews, and advising on corrective actions to ensure delivery.
- You will be the first point of contact for Enterprise Segment Leads and Segment P&L Managers, providing commercial insights to senior leaders for effective decision-making. Additionally, you will support and shape the Enterprise Mobile Strategy, drive strategy execution, and oversee product and service pricing and promotions.
- You will also coordinate planning and forecasting activities, drive mobile profitability, and ensure all business decisions and forecasts are data-driven.
Who We Are Looking For
- A qualified accountant certification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Previous business partnering experience (3+ years), including commercial business partnering experience (2+ years).
- Experience in planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Previous financial modelling experience.
- Excellent PC skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to understand issues at both operational and strategic levels and to influence stakeholders to take action.
- An understanding of the telecoms market and revenue drivers.
- Being data-savvy, with experience in defining financial dashboards and data visualization insights.
