Job Description

Role purpose:

The role will lead the Employer Branding Strategy for VOIS India. Will drive EVP by actively engaging with the business, COEs, and other relevant teams and stakeholders. Will coordinate together with the VOIS and Group EB teams and agencies to conceptualize and implement employer value proposition (EVP) embedment campaigns.

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience

Essential:

1. Deep understanding of the Employer Brand domain incl. Employer Value Proposition, Jobs advertising, Talent Attraction events, online and social media use for employer branding purposes,
2. Deep understanding of candidate experience excellence across touchpoints

Experience:

1. Experienced Professionals with minimum 10 years having developed EVP and employer branding strategies, with proven impact in large organisations
2. Extensive experience managing social media, content marketing & digital strategy for Employer Brand Building, EVP Embedment and Online Reputation Management, with proven impact
3. Excellent global stakeholders & partner management skills
4. Campaigns, events, project and budget management skills in global organisations.

Professional qualifications:

1. Master’s Degree in Marketing or HR.
2. Minimum of 5 years of in-house or agency experience in Employer Branding Strategy, EVP, Content Marketing, Social Media Strategy, Online Reputation Management and Talent Attraction Strategy.
