About this Role

We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join our Telco IT team at VOIS India (Pune/Bangalore). The role involves developing and maintaining Test Data Management (TDM) tool functionalities, enhancing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring system resilience, performance, and security. The individual will lead technology adoption, monitor system health, and contribute to secure cloud-based infrastructure using modern DevOps practices.

What you will do

  • Develop and enhance functionalities of the TDM tool.
  • Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Helm, etc.
  • Implement and optimise monitoring and alerting systems (Grafana, Loki, Tempo).
  • Maintain highly available and secure systems with strong AWS Cloud expertise.
  • Lead the team in adopting new technologies and improving system non-functional requirements (NFRs).
  • Conduct security assessments using SAST and DAST tools.
  • Apply GitOps principles and infrastructure-as-code practices (e.g., Terraform).
  • Troubleshoot and analyse system performance and cost efficiency.

Who you are

  • Minimum 5 years of overall experience, including 3+ years in Java development and 2+ years in DevOps/Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and cloud automation.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid working models.
  • Proficient in Confluence, Jira, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn and share knowledge.
  • Preferred certifications: SAFe Agile, AWS DevOps, Java.
  • Additional experience in Kafka, caching mechanisms, and relational databases.
