What you’ll do

• We are looking for DevOps Service Engineer – Provisioning&Mediation in IT Provisioning & Mediation Engineering Team to be responsible for successful ongoing operation, management of Provisioning environment and manage application servers that mostly critical business processes runs on it.
• As a DevOps Service Engineer, you will work closely with the team and our stakeholders to build and deliver our process. You will be responsible for managing all of the applications such as PRF (Provisioning Framework), PMS(Promotion Management System) , RAID WeDo/Mobileum (Revenue Assurance), Topup_Dispatcher services running on Kafka, Cloud Services (Openshift, Kubernetes, etc.), CEIR and CLI services, also responsible for all provisioning related actions of new projects and resolving customer incidents or requests during daily operations.
You will be also responsible for BCM and Disaster Recovery operations of Provisioning & Mediation systems within the part of BCM team in Ankara
• 7/24 Operational Support responsibilities
• Providing necessary operational solutions for IT service based management structure
• Discovering, Defining and analysing all IT actions on services
• End to end follow up of service such as accessibility, performance, prevention of customer complaints and deployments.
• ITIL process execution Responsibility
• System and Customer incident resolution
• Demand/Defect/Deployment management responsibility
• Attending and taking necessary actions for Internal and external audits for SOX, ISO and other audit types
• Ownership of the product/service functionality to ensure it meets operational needs for performance management and reporting.
• Taking necessary actions for Performance management to ensure platform, hardware, application and content meets the specified end to end availability & performance levels.
• Ownership of capacity planning to secure availability and performance of the platforms against forecasted growth and demand.
• Helping team members to improve knowhow and operational structure.
• Attending design meetings to define necessary technical requirements for operations.
• Leading big initiative and creating new ways to complete projects.
• Leading journeys with big stakeholder team.
• Within the scope of Business Continuity Management, providing necessary operational support for all Provisioning services, and bringing services up and running in case of a disaster.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree from Computer, Electronics, Telecommunications, Mathematical, Programming and other related fields.
• Good communication Skills
• Coordination and organization ability, teamwork approach
• Ability to work in flexible work hours under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Familiar with working in an international environment
• Extensive problem solving skills and innovation
• Experience on UNIX/ Linux systems and Bash/Shell Scripting.
• Experience on Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience on Openshift Cloud Platform, Kibana platforms, Jenkins, RPA, UC4 and HPOO automation tools is a plus
• Experience on noSQL Databases, Redis is a plus.
• Experience on Docker, Kubernetes, AppDynamics is a plus.
• Good command of English.
• Certificate of ITIL V4 is a plus and experience on ITIL Processes
