About this Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead IT Service Transition and Support Enablement activities. The role involves ensuring seamless transition of IT services, applications, infrastructure, and operations to support teams while establishing robust service operating and support models. The individual will also manage cloud supplier onboarding, performance reporting, and apply ITIL best practices to optimise service delivery.

What you will do

  • Drive IT Service, Application, Infrastructure, and Operations transition and enablement initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient transition of IT solutions to support teams, establishing service operating and support models.
  • Assess and onboard cloud suppliers, manage supplier performance, and provide stakeholder reporting.
  • Apply ITIL and IT Service Management best practices to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage IT projects effectively, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Define and implement SLAs and KPIs for IT Operations teams to ensure service excellence.

Who you are

  • 5–7 years of experience in Service Transition, Service Design, and Service Enablement.
  • Strong expertise in IT Service Transition, Service Management, ITSM, and Service Design.
  • Proficient in setting up SLAs/KPIs and support models for IT Operations.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud IT service transition and supplier management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Incident Management processes is desirable.
