Job Description

Role Purpose

Oversee Citrix implementations, maintenance, configurations, and resolve escalated issues for Citrix DaaS, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop (CVAD), and NetScaler.Implement best practices, optimization, fine-tuning, and troubleshooting of Citrix infrastructure.Work with Hyper Converged Infrastructure (Nutanix) and Azure Cloud (IaaS).Manage Windows Server environments (2008/2012/2016), Active Directory, and GPO.Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation and management.Troubleshoot complex, multi-tiered, distributed applications.Deploy and manage Azure resources and other cloud technologies (Terraform experience is an advantage).Operate in large, enterprise-level Citrix environments (global experience preferred).Provide reliable technical support and guidance on complex issues.Contribute independently to medium-to-complex tasks.Follow ITIL standards for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience

Strong troubleshooting skills on Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop (PVS & MCS), NetScaler, and Azure (IaaS).Handle first point of escalation for technical and complex issues.Technical implementation skills on PVS and MCS, vDisk patching, and sealing process.

Must-Have Technical/Professional Qualifications

B.Tech/BE/MCA/BCA/Graduate (Full time)Desired: Certifications in Citrix and Azure administration.Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting.
