Role Purpose
To ensure the GOV channel delivers customer-excellence standards while creating a clear competitive advantage that helps us grow market share.
Job Profile
Achieve targets for net adds, voice points, solutions, and accounts.
Manage and allocate sales across territories to maximize opportunities, capture market share, and drive year-over-year sales growth.
Manage stakeholders (Marketing, Activation, and others depending on assigned tasks or projects) while encouraging innovation within the team.
Minimize and resolve customer complaints while maintaining sales quality targets (93% at M3, 85% at M6, and a maximum of 7% “no network”), and ensure continuous team training and development to support Vodafone’s Digital #1 strategy.
Deliver #1 NPS by providing the best acquisition experience at the individual account level.
Competencies & Qualifications
3–5 years of sales experience.
Ability to work across different regions.
Strong sales capabilities with excellent problem-solving skills.
Proficient in reporting and time management.
Skilled in presentations, negotiation, and communication.
Full understanding of retail structures and related functions.
Results-oriented, self-disciplined, and well-organized.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
