As a QA Automation Engineer at Vodafone, you'll ensure our products and services meet the highest quality standards for our business stakeholders. Your mission? To cut costs and boost operational efficiency when launching new systems, products, and services. Achieve this by delivering top-notch testing services, identifying defects early in the delivery cycle, and minimizing launch risks.

What you’ll do

  • Craft, design, and execute automated tests by creating scripts that handle testing functions automatically.
  • Analyze system design documents to create comprehensive test suites for effective test delivery.
  • Develop detailed test plans based on document analysis.
  • Assess project complexity and component interdependencies to provide precise time and resource estimates for testing.
  • Generate periodic test reports and keep the traceability matrix current.
  • Formulate test strategies and ensure their proper implementation along with the test plan.
  • Analyze test results post-testing period and compile a "lessons learned" list to enhance future testing processes.

Who you are

  • Expertise in Web Services REST, SOAP – both manual and automated testing.
  • Proficiency in API Testing.
  • Experience in requirements development (use cases, functional specifications, user interface specifications) and object-oriented analysis.
  • Skilled in managing test environments.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Bonus points for knowledge of Azure Cloud, Postman and Python.
