About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Owner to take full accountability for the success, performance, and strategic alignment of a specific application with business goals. This role involves managing the application lifecycle, translating business needs into technical solutions, and ensuring secure, compliant, and timely delivery of enhancements. The individual will act as the central liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and solution architects.

What you will do

  • Interpret business requirements and collaborate with solution architects to assess feasibility and system impact.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements and solution designs.
  • Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of application changes, coordinating with internal and external teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical and functional documentation aligned with project deliverables.
  • Ensure application compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and address vulnerabilities or non-compliance issues proactively.
  • Track and report progress against delivery milestones, resolving blockers and escalating issues as needed.

Who you are?

  • Bachelor’s degree is essential.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous roles may include Backend or Fullstack Technical Lead, Technical Product Owner, or Solution Architect.
  • Strong understanding of Java is preferable
  • Strong understanding of solution architecture and application landscapes.
  • Skilled in solution design and stakeholder management.
  • Effective communicator and collaborative team player.
  • Knowledgeable in application security and compliance standards.
  • Capable of managing complex delivery roadmaps and cross-functional coordination.
  • Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
