About this Role

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Amdocs MEC Design & Delivery Lead to define the vision and roadmap for Enterprise MEC capabilities and lead end-to-end solution design and delivery. This role operates at the intersection of business and IT, shaping enterprise-grade product catalogue solutions, enabling reuse across markets, and ensuring delivery excellence aligned with business growth priorities.

What you’ll do

  • Act as a key interface between business and IT, representing both perspectives to ensure aligned outcomes for Amdocs MEC initiatives.
  • Analyse business drivers and translate them into scalable business, information, and technical solution requirements.
  • Lead the design, build, delivery, and stabilisation of enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with architecture standards and best practices.
  • Guide vendor and system integrator selection while overseeing delivery quality, acceptance, and benefits realisation against defined KPIs.
  • Collaborate with business engagement teams to understand catalogue requirements and ensure solutions meet evolving needs.
  • Lead and develop a virtual team of solution designers, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Drive innovation across systems and processes, enhancing MEC product capabilities and improving delivery efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers to support delivery and operational success.

Who you are

  • An experienced professional with a strong track record in product catalogue architecture and solution design within a telecom environment, with expertise in Amdocs MEC.
  • A collaborative leader who can guide, mentor, and inspire technical teams in a matrix organisation.
  • Skilled in translating complex business requirements into practical, scalable IT solutions with maximum reuse.
  • Knowledgeable in integration, data design methodologies, coding standards, and modern deployment practices.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and make informed decisions in complex environments.
  • Familiar with enterprise processes and end-to-end solution delivery, with expertise in telecom product modelling and catalogue systems.
