About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery professional to join our Global Cyber Security function within Security Monitoring & Analytics (SMA). This role focuses on owning squad-level delivery management, enabling predictable delivery of committed outcomes through effective planning, tracking, dependency management, risk and issue management, and stakeholder alignment.Working closely with Technical Product Owners, Technical Leads and the Release Train Engineer, you will help ensure planning readiness, delivery transparency, and continuous improvement across the squad. While Agile practices and ceremonies are an important enabler, the primary focus of this role is delivering business outcomes, maintaining delivery confidence and supporting high-performing teams within a complex cyber security environment.

What you’ll do

Own the end-to-end squad delivery lifecycle, including delivery plans, milestones, sequencing and commitments aligned to Programme Increment (PI) objectives.Drive delivery predictability, transparency and flow through active management of scope, capacity, timelines and delivery commitments.Maintain accurate, relevant and real-time delivery reporting and governance outputs.Identify, track and help remove blockers and impediments, escalating issues that require wider intervention and driving actions through to resolution.Manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies (RAID), ensuring clear ownership, mitigation actions and timely escalation.Lead squad readiness activities for PI planning, including estimation, capacity planning, dependency identification, risk management and output tracking.Produce and communicate delivery reports covering sprint progress, PI objective tracking, risks, dependencies, delivery confidence and plan adjustments.Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives, ensuring they support delivery outcomes.Coach teams on Agile ways of working and support continuous improvement initiatives.Promote sustainable delivery practices that support team effectiveness, engagement and long-term performance.Collaborate with stakeholders across the Agile Release Train to maintain alignment, transparency and delivery focus.

Who you are

Proven experience in delivery management with a strong focus on predictable delivery, transparency and delivery flow within complex, cross-functional environments.Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe delivery practices, including PI planning, forecasting, dependency management and delivery reporting.Demonstrated ability to proactively take ownership of delivery outcomes through planning, tracking, RAID management and effective facilitation.Experience managing risks, issues and delivery impediments while influencing diverse stakeholder groups to achieve successful outcomes.Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills with the ability to provide transparent reporting and escalate delivery risks appropriately.Excellent reporting and documentation capabilities, translating delivery data into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.Experience using delivery management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence.Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high-quality delivery governance and reporting.Ability to coach, guide and support squads in improving delivery effectiveness and Agile maturity.
