Account Management Specialist - Junior

(German Speaking)

Your role in a nutshell:

To ensure that marketing content briefs from Business Partners have all necessary information for the Creative Teams to start the work. To make sure that all Copywriters, Designers, Multimedia Designers, Automation Specialists etc. are perfectly clear with external and internal project requirements and help identify and find missing details in order to start the creative work. To act as a main point of contact for Business Partners regarding briefing and project assignment, as well as liaise with Team Leaders and more experienced Account Managers, and support the Team Leader in distributing projects evenly within teams. To act as a quality “final eye” when delivering final materials to Business Partners and make sure all quality requirements are met.

What you'll do:

  • Monitors, measures and documents project progress, effectiveness and efficiency
  • Facilitates successful implementation of projects
  • Drives and controls scheduling for the meetings, prepares agenda, meeting documents and minutes, manages approval pipeline
  • Writes minutes on briefing calls and other project calls and shares with the project team
  • Administers the Sharepoint sites of the team
  • Reports on updates and progress to management

What you'll ring to the team:

  • Functional/ business experience, familiar with the processes of the function/ business
  • Fluent English ang German Skills
  • Basic project management skills
  • Prioritizing and reprioritizing skills
  • Ability to balance conflicting interests
  • Ability to cope with ambiguity
