  • Monitor and resolve metadata inconsistencies, corruption, or access delays.
  • Support migration processes across DEV, SIT, UAT, and PROD.
  • Collaborate with release management and CI/CD teams to resolve deployment issues.

  • Troubleshoot operational issues such as lock conflicts, connectivity problems, and metadata errors.
  • Provide L2/L3 support, including root cause analysis and preventive solutions.
  • Work in alignment with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Develop scripts for automation, health checks, user management, backups, and cleanup tasks.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, access matrices, and architecture diagrams.
  • Support audit, compliance validations, and knowledge transfer activities.

Who you are

  • An individual with 3–4 years of relevant experience in Ab Initio EME administration.
  • Equipped with a professional qualification such as B.E, B.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc.
  • Skilled in managing enterprise repositories, metadata governance, and user access controls.
  • Experienced in automation, shell scripting, and performance optimisation.
  • Comfortable working in multi‑environment setups with parallel development teams.
  • Adept at identifying issues, performing RCA, and driving stability improvements.
