Who can apply?
If you’re completing your undergraduate degree (or equivalent) by the end of 2026, this could be your moment. The journey officially begins on 1 February 2027, and trust us, you’ll want to be part of it!

Programme Requirements

  • Must have less than two years of work experience in a corporate or formal work environment after completing studies.
    South African Citizen by Birth/Naturalisation, or permanent resident. However, citizens of DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt and Tanzania are encouraged to apply for consideration in those markets
  • Must have obtained a minimum of 65% aggregate for completed or most recent academic results.
  • Must have a minimum of a B-degree (B-Com, BSc & B-Tech) qualification (NQF 7).
  • A 3 year National Diploma (NQF 6) will be considered in the following areas only:
    • Electrical / Electronic Engineering
    • Computer Software Engineering and
    • Information Systems/Information Technology

Internship Programme

Ready to kick-start your career? Join the Vodacom Internship Programme.
This 12-month paid internship is your chance to step into the real working world and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, digital environment. Through a structured and engaging training journey, you’ll build practical skills, discover your strengths, and explore different career paths—all while growing your professional network.


Think of it as your launchpad. The programme also serves as a key pipeline into the Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme and could open the door to potential permanent opportunities within Vodacom.

Who can apply?
If you’re completing (or have completed) your undergraduate degree or equivalent by the end of 2026, this opportunity is for you. Start dates begin on 1 February and 1 March 2027.
