About The Role

Virgin Media 02 are in the process of digitising customer care. We are busy creating digital journeys and experiences to provide customers with easy-to-use digital-first options.

As part of this, we are looking for a dedicated and diligent Content Strategist who can make sure our landing pages are optimised for SEO and other channels while ensuring our landing pages satisfy customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience of SEO and content strategy experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality keyword research, content, and SEO optimisation for major brands. They should be passionate about SEO, content strategy and customer experience while having a track record of driving results through content.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • A deep understanding of search engine optimisation and experience optimising content to maximise SEO traffic.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders to implement and review recommendations.
  • Experience with SEO keyword research tools such as Search Console, Keyword Planner, SEMRush or similar.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics package (e.g. Omniture).
  • Highly analytical, using consumer, site and search data to drive growth.

The other stuff we're looking for

We'd also love you to bring;

  • Experience working in a fast-paced consumer-facing website.
  • Experience of CRO and user metrics.
  • A knowledge of HTML and on-site web development
  • Confident implementing changes within a CMS.
  • Experience in crafting web pages or journeys that meet customer needs.
