Senior Finance Business Partner / FP and A Consolidation Lead - Consumer

Job Description

The role focuses on the consolidation of the full P&L including Opex and Capex and reporting of Virgin Media O2 Consumer Commercial and Operations financials to the Finance, CCO teams and Group across Month End and Planning cycles. The co-ordination of forecasts including annual & quarterly cycles and long-range plans, optimising the investment decisions across Consumer to drive long term success.

The exciting opportunity will allow you to take ownership of the reporting and analysis of the end to end Consumer P&L (Commercial + Operations) – articulating all the component parts with a high level of accuracy and insight. As well as be responsible for the co-ordination of all planning cycles (OTLK/Budget/reforecast/3YP) across the entities within Consumer (Fixed/O2 Mobile/giffgaff). This entails working collaboratively, delivering timelines, consolidated P&L/Capex analysis, presentation packs & leading in review meetings with FD and CCO. Ensuring clear and concise articulation and storytelling of respective forecasts across all aspects of the Consumer P&L!

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Commercial acumen to generate appropriate insight in FP&A
  • Ability to develop a high level vision, challenging the status quo and to drive the direction and attention to detail to successfully deliver
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex and detailed information in an easy to understand manner to all levels of the business
  • Line management of multiple Finance Business Partners
