Programme Coordinator

12 months FTC - This role will be required to be in our Hammersmith office 3 days per week
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Programme Coordinator to join us on a 12 months fixed term basis! This role will play a vital part in the successful integration of Merger and Acquisition activity in Virgin Media O2, creating and maintaining the processes and infrastructure required to ensure effective planning and control of the integration programme. The Programme Coordinator will act as the custodian of the programme controls system, including the management of documents and records.
Based on the integration roadmap, the Programme Coordinator will support the Integration Management Office (IMO) Lead and IMO Manager to develop the programme scope, requirements and work breakdown structure. This will include establishing appropriate techniques to monitor and control delivery to time, cost and quality. The role will establish and maintain processes to identify and track risks, including the impacts on cost and schedule, and where appropriate applying risk modelling to assess programme performance confidence levels.   • A proven track record in the successful delivery of programme or project controls for infrastructure projects from initiation to completion
  • Experience in the development of integrated project baselines and tracking or controlling performance to achieve delivery of projects to time and within budget
  • Experience of identifying and developing frameworks and methodologies for the comprehensive and consistent management of projects or programmes
  • Demonstrable experience of identifying and monitoring programme risks (threats and opportunities), planning and implementing responses to them and responding to other issues that might affect the programme
  • Experience of planning and controlling programme change as a means of driving performance and as part of the organisation’s overall schedule management
