Product Lead, Consent Optimisation

Job Description

We have an amazing opportunity for a Product Lead, Consent Optimisation to join our ever expanding Data Estate function.
In the role of Product Lead, Consent Optimisation you will own the consent product experience and focus on growing our overall consent opt-in-rate, building better customer experiences whilst meeting our business goals.
You will be responsible for delivering defined key results and commercial consent performance to support our overarching strategic consent objectives. As well as designing the roadmap of the consent and personalisations product and workstream and the end to end development of the product.

The must haves In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Demonstrable experience for delivering commercially focused products.
  • Ability to keep laser focused on delivering key results with examples to share
  • Demonstrable experience of working as strategic product owner with plenty of experience developing digital products and performing PO accountabilities
  • Experience of driving product development in cross functional and matrix teams
  • You must have a good level of experience performing the PO role in scrum team
  • You will have repeatedly used data and discovered results to improve a product, proposition or a digital app and be able to give clear examples.

The other stuff we are looking for

We'd also love you to bring;

  • Experience of rapidly iterating products to deliver a business KPI.
  • Very high level of data understanding. Using data in a Cloud environment would also be helpful.
  • An understanding of consent and consent management platform experience would be highly beneficial, but if not, an appreciation of the role data and its activation can play to drive competitive advantage is required.
  • Ideally be a Certified Scrum PO
