We have an exciting opening for a PMO Analyst to join our Business & Wholesale division to provide enabling and analytical activities to deliver some of our largest Transformation Programmes.

This is a key and varied role within our Transformation directorate with other responsibilities including supporting the Portfolio to drive consistency in the ways of working, processes & practices for Portfolio Management to enable delivery including reporting, governance, RAID management, change and dependency management approaches as well as driving a data led approach across all transformation delivery.

You will assist the PMO and Programme leads with planning, reporting and RAID management, as well as the management and continuous improvement of Portfolio PPM tool (SmartSheets) and the management and continuous improvement of data & insight tools to ensure Transformation is being data led in its approach.

The must haves In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Previous experience of working in a PMO role.
  • Attention to detail with a consistent record of data analysis and presenting management information, whilst having a pragmatic approach.
  • Demonstrable experience of utilising analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities.
  • Extensive Microsoft skills, most notably in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience of using and configuring SmartSheet PPM tool.
  • Demonstrable track record working with a reporting tool, ideally PowerBI, with a proven ability to configure and build reports and dashboards from complex data sets.

The other stuff we are looking for We'd also love you to bring;

  • A tenacious approach with the ability to act assertively as appropriate.
  • Experience of budget tracking.
