
Job Description
You'll be accountable for the performance and operation of the enterprise monitoring and assurance team. A key operational and strategic role, with in-depth subject matter expertise to allow the formulation and delivery of consolidated technical IT/Network Assurance strategy.
You'll also support the evaluation of technology opportunities that structurally advance the operational performance of the company.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Proven experience of standard OSS tools such Netcool, Splunk, Zabbix and Resolve
- An understanding of standard transmission/network protocols
- Familiarity of TMN/TMF and ITIL process and guidance.
- Previous experience managing technical teams in a challenging and complex environment and delivery on time and to budget
- Understanding of confluence, Jira and other technologies
