The Base Management Planning Manager sits within the Planning & Operations Team. The Planning & Operations Team play a critical role within VMO2 Business Division by driving the execution of our Operating Plan, leading Quarterly Planning & managing Governance.
This team sits within a wider Commercial Strategy & Control team whose purpose as a central commercial function is to provide the business with commercial guardrails and tools to ensure profitability and drive trading performance in line with the budget. The team is made up of 4 core pillars of Pricing responsible for all standard pricing and economics across the product portfolio, Trading Performance responsible for ensuring trading performance in line with budget requirements, Commission Team responsible for setting effective commission scheme and targets to deliver budget and the Planning & Operations team as above

The must haves In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:
- Proven commercial acumen and ability to demonstrate application of market trends and performance results to economic reviews
- Solid demonstrable experience of driving short and medium term economic reviews and analysis
- Proven capability of influencing stakeholders
- Experience of working as part of a matrix team

- P&L understanding and experience
- Experience of working with Commercial and Sales Teams
- Experience of working within a planning function
- Experience of building base models
- Excellent communication skills
