
TCX Business Analyst - Product Education & Renewals
Job Description
The TCX Business Analyst – Product Education & Renewals supports the delivery of improved customer understanding, engagement, and renewal outcomes across the in-life lifecycle.
The role focuses on enabling effective ownership of outcomes by ensuring customer insight, performance measures, and lifecycle views are clear, relevant, and easy to act on. By shaping how customer data is surfaced and used, the role helps squads understand where customers struggle, what matters most to them, and where action will have the greatest impact.
Alongside this enablement role, the Business Analyst supports delivery by contributing customer-led insight into squad activity, helping translate priorities into well-defined initiatives and measurable improvements.

- Experience supporting customer experience, lifecycle, or product-led initiatives
- Working within digital or cross-functional delivery environments
- Using customer insight and performance measures to support prioritisation and delivery
- Collaborating with product, digital, and data teams in a matrix organisation
