As a Senior Store Advisor, you’ll be a senior member of the store team, combining sales expertise, peer coaching and operational ownership to help the store succeed. You’ll lead by example, create exceptional customer experiences and support the smooth day-to-day running of the store. In smaller stores, you may also act as deputy to the Store Leader, taking ownership when they are away.
Day to day, you’ll:
You’ll be supported from day one. Within your first two weeks, you’ll complete a tailored 4‑day (30 hours) induction covering our products, systems, ways of working and customer experience.
Training may be delivered in person, remotely or through a blended approach, depending on location and availability, and ongoing coaching and development will support your growth beyond induction.
You’ll work as part of a close‑knit retail team where collaboration, shared success and learning from each other are part of everyday life.
Our ways of working
This is a retail role, so flexibility is important. Shifts are worked across store opening hours and may include evenings, weekends and peak trading periods. Shift patterns and working hours will be discussed as part of the recruitment process so expectations are clear from the start.
