Looking to join a practice with new owners and fresh ideas that is growing to new heights? paying up to £65,000 (FTE, DOE)

  • This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced vet to join a growing practice, with fresh perspectives
  • We do not have a vacancy to fill so we can be flexible on hours and rota so let us know what will suit you!
  • You will join our amazing practice which has relocate to a new location allowing it to double in size offering fantastic facilities including a CT scanner and a rehabilitation centre with hydrotherapy and physiotherapy
  • This will include 1 in 4 Saturdays – 9am till 12pm
  • Your development will be highly encouraged with CPD and certificates supported
  • No OOH, Sundays or Bank holidays!
  • Fantastic pay up to £65,000 depending on your experience

As a growing practice we are always interested in hearing from local talent interested in working with us. Ideally we are seeking an experienced and motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join our dedicated and supportive team at Longton Vets For Pets. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values high standards of patient care, teamwork, and professional development.

About Us

At Longton Vets For Pets, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding veterinary care within a friendly, professional environment. Our modern, well-equipped practice includes digital radiography, ultrasound, in-house laboratory facilities, and dedicated surgical and dental suites. We have a CT scanner and take external referrals for this. Our team is complimented by our own physiotherapist who runs our rehabilitation department, which includes an underwater treadmill. You’ll be supported by an experienced nursing team and approachable management who encourage open communication and continuous improvement.

The Role Offers:

  • Salary up to £65,000, commensurate with experience
  • Flexible working options – full or part time hours considered
  • No out-of-hours or on-call duties

Relocation to Stoke-on-Trent

Stoke-on-Trent offers an excellent quality of life, combining affordable housing and a lower cost of living with access to beautiful countryside. The area sits between the Peak District and the Cheshire plains, making it ideal for outdoor pursuits, while maintaining easy transport links to Manchester, Birmingham, and London.
