Salary: Up to £70,000 FTE (dependent on experience) | Full or Part Time | No Out-of-Hours

You'll be joining an enthusiastic and supportive team where collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. We consist of 2.5 Veterinary Surgeons, 1 Head Veterinary Nurse, 1 Registered Veterinary Nurse, 2 Student Veterinary Nurses, 1 Veterinary Care Assistant and 5 Client Care Advisors.

About you and the role

We’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with at least two years of UK small animal GP experience and a solid grounding in both medicine and surgery. Our ideal candidate will have the following

• Enjoys delivering exceptional patient and client care
• Works well both independently and as part of a team
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills
• Is compassionate, approachable and genuinely passionate about animal welfare
• Enjoys supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team culture

This role offers a varied caseload with the opportunity to work cases up to a high standard and develop lasting relationships with clients and patients.

Hours

We understand the importance of work-life balance and are happy to consider both full and part-time applicants. Shift patterns are likely to include working a Monday, Wednesday and a Thursday with some flexibility. We are looking at opening on a Saturday in the near future, so 1 in 4 weekends will be required at this stage.
