Registered Veterinary Nurse

Our team at Runcorn Vets for Pets is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Registered Veterinary Nurse to join us on a full-time basis.

Whether you’re an experienced RVN or have recently qualified, you’ll be joining a welcoming and experienced team who will support you to build your confidence, develop your skills and fulfil your clinical potential.

The role

This is a 30 to 40 hour per week position, with flexibility around hours, plus weekend shifts on a rota basis:

• Saturday: 9am to 12pm
• No long weekend shifts
• Opportunity to run nurse clinics
• Scope to carry out Schedule 3 procedures

Our talented Client Care Advisors support the client journey, allowing our nursing team to focus on what they do best: delivering excellent clinical care to our patients.

About our practice

Based in Runcorn, we have a fantastic and loyal client base alongside a varied and interesting caseload.

Our purpose-built practice is equipped to a high standard and includes:

• Ultrasound
• X-ray
• Doppler
• Multiparameter monitoring
• Drip pumps
• Dedicated theatre
• Separate cat, dog and isolation wards

About you

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, down-to-earth and passionate about animal welfare. You’ll be a great team player with excellent communication and customer service skills, alongside a well-organised and proactive approach to your work.
