At Airdrie Vets for Pets, we’re looking for a passionate RVN to join our friendly and growing team—on a full-time basis.

About Our Practice

The practice opened in 2012, so we have a large loyal client base and see a wide variety of interesting cases. The previous owner decided to step down in 2022 and the practice was bought by Andrea, Jenny, & Jane in 2024. Between the 3 of us, we have over 50 years of experience working in the veterinary industry. We have worked in different types of practice and this has giving us insight into what it takes to have a healthy, enjoyable and productive work environment. We have lots of new kit such as IDEXX blood machines, Imagyst, digital x-rays, dental x-ray, multiparameter and Humphry ADE’s

Our team is made up of 5 Vets, 4 Nurses, 4 Client Care Advisors and a Practice Manager. We have practice meetings and clinical meetings.

A Healthy Work-Life Balance

We’ve carefully structured our days to support both high-quality clinical care and your wellbeing:

• 15-minute consults
• Mix of theater and consults throughout the week
• 4 day week with one day early finish
• Consults finish at least 1 hour before closing

We also offer paid overtime or time off in lieu if you do stay late—because your time matters.

The Role

• Hours: 39.25 hours per week
• 1 in 4 Saturday morning (9-12)
• No out-of-hours work
