Duties are shared between sites, so complete flexibility to work across all locations is essential. A valid driving licence and access to your own transport would be advantageous.

What your typical day will look like

  • Provide exceptional service to clients and ensure the best care for their pets, acting as a vital link between clients and the clinical team.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team to ensure ongoing trust and satisfaction.
  • Deliver excellent client service during visits, ensuring clients leave feeling valued and confident in the care received.
  • Greet clients and provide support, guidance, and expertise while confidently managing payments and future bookings.

  • Manage a range of administrative duties including booking appointments, handling payments, recalls, care plans, insurance, registering ID chips, cashing up, completing end-of-day checks, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of the practice.

This is a full-time role working 40 Hours per week with 1 in 4 weekends.

The attributes required:

  • Excellent IT skills (training will be provided).
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, their pets, and colleagues.
  • Calm and composed under pressure.

Benefits:
In return, we offer such benefits as 20% discount at the Vet Group, Pets at Home and the Groom Room, access to discounts and cashbacks, in-house career development opportunities, pension and holiday allowance.
Part-time hours will also be considered. We are committed to supporting a healthy work–life balance and would be happy to discuss shift patterns that work best for you.
