We are seeking an additional part-time Client Care Advisor to join our friendly and dynamic client care team.

In this role, your focus is to provide exceptional service to our clients and the best care possible for their pets, acting as the vital link between our clients and the clinical team. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients, their pets, and your colleagues will be critical to your success.

This is a busy, challenging, and diverse position. We are looking for a candidate who is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, is IT proficient, can remain calm under pressure, and is a strong team player. Your commitment to exceptional service will ensure that every client feels valued and looks forward to their next visit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Appointment Management: Managing bookings in a professional and efficient manner using our practice database systems.
  • Client Reception: Welcoming clients and their pets, being sensitive to their individual needs, and maintaining a professional image at all times.
  • Advisory Role: Developing product and procedure knowledge to advise clients appropriately, in line with practice protocols.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicating and working within a team on a daily basis to ensure we meet our high standards of service.
  • Practice Maintenance: Ensuring the reception area is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Financial Awareness: Demonstrating an awareness of financial controls, including processing payments and handling banking duties.

Working Hours

This is a part-time position consisting of 10.5 hours per week. Your current shift pattern is:

  • Mondays: 15:00 – 19:00
  • Saturdays: 10:00 – 16:00
  • Sundays: 10:00 – 14:00 (1 in 4 rotation)

Note: These shifts may vary depending on practice needs. We welcome candidates who are flexible and available to cover overtime.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £12.80-£13.30 based on experience, alongside company benefits, exclusive group discounts, and online perks.
