What you’ll be doing...

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated React Lead Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will spearhead the development of cutting-edge web applications using your expertise in React.js.

You will provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of talented developers while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

• Planning, designing, developing, coding and testing software systems or applications for software improvements and new products; revising and refining as required.

• Participating in the development of project timelines, implementation design specifications, system flow diagrams, documentation, testing and ongoing support of systems.

• Engaging in engineering discussions, contributing to the conversation, providing your own opinions, asking thoughtful questions for clarification, and enriching the environment.

• Building something awesome. The ideal project is something you can be proud of that we use in our product.

• Engaging and work with a team of React developers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

• Architecting, designing, and implement complex user interfaces using React.js best practices.

• Developing reusable components and libraries to enhance the efficiency and maintainability of the codebase.

• Being able to write clean, well-documented, and testable code with a focus on performance optimization.

• Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver exceptional user experiences.

• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in React.js and related technologies.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.

• Five or more years of relevant work experience.

• Proven experience as a React.js developer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

• Deep understanding of React.js core concepts, including component lifecycle, state management (e.g., Redux, Context API), and hooks.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.

• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme).

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Passion for building high-quality software and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Exposure to AWS architecture, concepts, and tools.

• Container platforms like Docker or relevant.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
