What you’ll be doing…
This position will provide administrative duties for senior leaders of the Treasury department. Communicates with employees at all levels of the organization and external parties to gather or convey information. Screens phone calls, e-mail, visitors and resolves routine and some complex inquiries. Prepares correspondence, memoranda, report, agendas, etc.
Key responsibilities include scheduling meetings, maintaining calendar of appointments, travel itineraries and expense reports.
Provide administrative support for Treasury organization including Capital Strategy, Cash Management and Risk Management. This individual would support Treasury leadership and their groups as appropriate.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Coordinating schedules, conference calls, staff meetings, etc.
Managing payroll, time reporting and exception reporting / tracking for department Personnel.
Ensuring coverage of phones, distribution of mail and interoffice communication.
Preparing and processing purchase orders, vouchers and invoices.
Preparing and processing expense reports.
Coordinating travel arrangements.
Ordering and maintaining office supplies within budgetary guidelines.
Sorting and distributing mail.
Handling special projects and event coordination.
What we’re looking for…
You'll need to have:
A bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of executive support experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office and Google applications.
- Previous experience interacting with all levels of management.
- Positive attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

Where you’ll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
