As an Analyst - BI for Global Supply Chain, Sourcing and Sustainability, you will be part of a team of data stewards who support material master data management in our SAP based ERP systems. You will work with end-users to answer questions and help resolve first-level issues with material master data.

You will be responsible for:

• Reviewing and acting upon requests for updates to material master data in Verizon’s ERP systems

• Answering questions from end users regarding master data management

• Identifying, owning and resolving application fallout errors in a timely manner

• Identifying, owning, and driving resolutions to gaps in application functionality

• Creating and delivering training to end users

What we are looking for:
You are someone who enjoys working with end users and offering them support. You have a passion for ensuring that systems are error-free and you have a keen eye for detail. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and can balance competing demands and priorities. You are a good team player, well organized and are a self-starter.

You'll need to have:

• Recently graduated with a degree in Business Information Systems, Technology management Business with Computing, or a related discipline.

• A related co-op or internship experience, with proven project and work experience (a portfolio is helpful)

• Knowledge in troubleshooting and analyzing system issues

• Knowledge in system testing

• Ability to manage competing priorities

• Experience using Google G-Suite Applications and Microsoft Office Applications

Even Better if you have:

• Experience in SAP application suites (SAP ECC, S4 HANA, MDG)

• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment

• Strong interpersonal communication skills with ability to multitask

• Experience using Service Now for incident management

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
