Job Description

**This position is initially limited to a duration of six months. The working hours are 12-20 hours per week.**

**The workplace is Hannover, with the possibility of remote work.**

As a student intern (m/f/d), you will support the international CX Reporting & Insights Team in analyzing data and transforming it into meaningful insights to support the success of TUI Group’s Customer Experience initiatives.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Support in weekly and monthly CX reporting: Creating comprehensive PowerPoint reports, dashboards, and infographics with key KPIs for customer satisfaction.

  • Conducting and supporting in additional analyses, e.g., supporting in driver analyses to identify the main drivers at various points along the customer journey.

  • Supporting in working with our customer satisfaction tools (Qualtrics), e.g., setting up and testing dashboards, user management.

  • Supporting in testing questionnaires (e.g., customer satisfaction surveys and ad-hoc market research projects).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You are enrolled as a student (m/f/d) at a university or college.
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Interest in working with data.
  • Openness to learn technical visualization tools (e.g., Qualtrics and Tableau).
  • Excellent English skills (the team’s working language is English, and all reports/dashboards are created in English).
  • You are proactive, detail-oriented, and can work independently (in a hybrid work environment between the office and home office).
