Job Description

We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals like you to join our diverse team of Wedding Admins in Cyprus.

ABOUT OUR OFFER

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role would be an advantage.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Can solve problems independently and embrace our digital culture.
  • Exceptional communication skills. Fluency in English both written and verbal is required along with strong administration skills.
  • Good prioritization, time management skills and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours.
  • Full driver’s license is essential for this role.


ABOUT THE JOB

  • Receiving and processing wedding bookings from the UK and confirming the date with the Town Hall and Hotels across the island.
  • Entering bookings in the database and following up correspondence with guests.
  • Preparing pro-forma invoices for the wedding extras and payments.
  • Checking availability of local suppliers related to the wedding orders and services.
  • Selling pre-booked items for the wedding day.
  • Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
  • When operationally needed, you may be required to attend the wedding to ensure all pre booked items are in place and the wedding runs smoothly.
