Job Description

Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as a Waiter/Waitress/Restaurant Team Member providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and to ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience across hotel food outlets and main restaurant venues.

This role is located at the TUI BLUE Makarska, Igrane, Croatia.

You must be a Croatian or EU citizen to apply for this role. We are recruiting for multiple vacancies to join our international team, with an immediate start available.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Politely and courteously serves guests, ensuring their complete satisfaction by following the established “Sequence of Service”
• Sets up, cleans, and resets tables on time, according to applicable standards, ensuring cleanliness and overall condition, and checking that tablecloths and placemats are clean and well-ironed
• Cleans and polishes cutlery and service utensils
• Takes orders and serves guests
• Processes restaurant charges, issues bills, and handles payments
• Prepare and clean restaurant equipment, guest tables, and food and beverage stations
• Actively participates in all food and beverage department training programs
• Adheres to set hygiene standards and standards of professional appearance and personal hygiene
• Participates in the implementation of HACCP standards

ABOUT YOU

• Must be an EU Citizen to apply
• Great team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• High school diploma / vocational qualification
