ABOUT THE JOB

  • Lead and empower a small international team to create special moments for guests and build strong connections.
  • Guide the team in sales by identifying guest needs, offering tailored recommendations, and effectively promoting experiences to meet sales targets and boost revenue. Use data and feedback to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Proactively resolve issues and support the team in handling high-profile cases with calm and empathy. Lead by example, turning challenges into opportunities and driving performance to exceed targets.
  • Navigate the team through changes and difficult situations, ensuring excellent service while adhering to company guidelines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Monitor team performance and wellbeing, celebrate successes, and use feedback to drive growth. Support development by identifying training needs and opportunities for skill enhancement.
