If you have an EU passport, are willing to relocate for the duration of the summer season, and speak Polish plus English, then keep on reading! !

ABOUT OUR OFFER

• Summer contracts available in Bulgaria, Tunisia and Cyprus.
• 42 working hours, and 1,5 days off per week
• Private Health Insurance with Allianz or Sanitas included.
• Free accommodation with your own private bedroom and bills included.
• Work permits, background and/or medical checks arranged and included.
• Flights to and from destination, company iPad and uniform included.
• Comprehensive onsite start of season training with accommodation and pay included.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Become the local expert, passionately showcasing the best of our destinations, including culture, history, and sustainability.
• Guide guests in discovering and booking excursions and TUI Experiences that perfectly match their holiday needs.
• Escort excursions in our destinations, providing engaging commentary, support, and service along the way.
• Support our guests by answering questions, helping them use the TUI App and website, ensuring a smooth booking journey, from the moment they step foot at the airport.
• Monitor your success through sales achievements and guest feedback, celebrating the positive impact you create.
• Promote sustainability and encourage guests to make a positive impact while travelling.

ABOUT YOU

• A true people person who loves sharing positivity and connecting with international guests.
• Enthusiastic about culture, travel, and sustainability, with a passion for showing guests the best of our destinations.
• Willing to learn the digital tools and product knowledge required to provide outstanding service.
• Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative - thriving both independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Fully conversational in Polish plus English.
• Driving license + own car is mandatory.
