ABOUT OUR OFFER
- Seasonal or permanent contracts available with optional winter work opportunities.
- A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at 20.800€, and 23.900€ for candidates with qualifications, gross per year.
- Meals and non-alcoholic beverages during hotel opening times are included, as well as uniform.
- If you don't live near one of our hotels but are flexible to move within your country of residence, accommodation will be provided.

ABOUT YOU
- You genuinely love and have experience of working with children, while confidently communicating with parents/guardians.
- For this position, a recognized childcare qualification/education is beneficial.
- You are a fun and vibrant personality, capable to lead sessions and work as part of an international team.
- Willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure.
- You are fully conversational in English and either German or Dutch.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-3 or 3-12 which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments.
- Take part in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco.
- Ensure our high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines.
- You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents/guardians’ questions, resolving issues and adapting, if possible, to guests’ requirements.
