Ready to turn your passion for travel into an adventure? We're looking for digitally savvy, people-loving Hotel Reps to create unforgettable moments for our customers.

A quick heads-up: This is a locally employed position, so you'll need the right to work in Spain and be based in Mallorca before applying.

• Attractive Package: A job at TUI offers more than just a salary. You'll start from 1990 € gross per month. Plus, earn an average comission of 200€ - 600€ per month - with no upper limit. The more you sell, the more you earn.

• You'll create special moments for our customers, making them feel welcome and valued whilst building a strong connection with each one.
• Engaging with customers from around the world, you'll identify their needs and offer tailored recommendations, promoting and selling our experiences by matching our products to their preferences.
• We're looking for someone who'll aim to exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth – there's no upper limit on what you can achieve.
• Using your strong problem-solving skills, you'll find the best possible resolution, responding professionally and empathetically to a range of customer needs and emotions.
• You'll collaborate with colleagues, teams, suppliers and partners from around the world whilst embracing our diverse TUI culture.
• Tracking your sales and service performance against set targets using company-provided tools, you'll assess customer feedback and sales-related data.
