TUI BLUE Experience Manager

Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as a TUI BLUE Experience Manager at TUI BLUE Palm Beach Palace in Djerba, where you will support the hotel operation and drive the TUI BLUE hotel brand delivery with every guest interaction and touchpoint. You will empower your team to deliver an exceptional hotel guest service, anticipate and resolve any issues and provide all hotel guests with an unforgettable holiday experience.

This role is located in Djerba, Tunisia. You must have the right to work in Tunisia before applying for this role.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Deliver a variety of fun daytime and sports activities, making sure every guest feels welcomed, included and encouraged to take part.
• Organise, motivate and support a small team across entertainment, fitness, activities and potential childcare.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, safety, safeguarding, team welfare, and concept delivery.
• Provide regular feedback and support the performance and development of the team.
• Review guest feedback and quality results, implementing practical improvements.
• Maintain accurate, engaging, and brand-aligned information across guest-facing digital platforms.
• Resolve guest concerns and support hotel events, VIP visits, and relevant revenue targets.
• Work collaboratively with hotel management and other departments to deliver seamless guest experience.

ABOUT YOU

• Confident communicator who can motivate others, provide feedback and lead by example.
• Guest-focused and passionate about creating safe, inclusive and memorable experiences.
• Organised, adaptable and able to manage changing priorities calmly.
• Comfortable reviewing feedback and taking action to improve performance.
• Confident using digital guest communication platforms.
• Must have a strong understanding of English both written and verbal, and good communication skills in German and French.
