Team Platform Solutions is an enthusiastic and dynamic team consisting of 10 colleagues who are committed to end-to-end integration and archiving solutions within the Corporate Domain. In addition, the team provides IT support and contributes to projects for Group Security, Health & Safety, Communication and Legal.
We are looking for a talented and dedicated SAP CPI Integration Developer to join the newly formed Platform Solutions Team.
As Technical Consultant – Integration Developer SAP CPI, the focus of your work will be on holistic customer support for all IT services provided with the SAP middleware products SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO) and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI).
You are the central contact for our multinational customers (TUI Group internally) and will be responsible for compliance with the processes and the associated change management and are the connection between developers as 3rd level support and the customer.
As part of the change and incident process you also will implement and make software changes to interfaces who run in the SAP CPI and SAP PO environment. We are looking for an service- and customer focussed person with an track record in building integration solutions in an SAP environment.
ABOUT THE JOB:
- As a Technical Consultant – Integration Developer SAP CPI, in your role you will work on:
- Ensuring second and third level support for the services provided in the area of SAP middleware to support our customers.
- Developing, maintaining and implementing SAP CPI/PO Interfaces as part of change and incident processes.
- Monitoring of SAP middleware systems (based on SAP Solution Manager, SAP Process Orchestration and SAP Cloud Platform Integration)
- Based on the DevOps approach, ensuring a stable SAP system landscape and smooth SAP middleware operation.
- Report on service interruptions and errors of all kinds as well as with requests for changes to existing interfaces.
- Report on KPI’s regarding agreed service levels and system stability.

ABOUT YOU:
- Completed technical (IT) studies or comparable knowledge and experience acquired in practice.
- Proven track record in second and third level support preferably in SAP environments.
- Development experience and product knowledge in SAP CPI/PO environments consisting of
- Minimum 6 months working experience and/or certification
- Knowledge of various communication technologies and transmission protocols such as SOAP, RFC, file transfer, JDBC, IDOC, JMS, JSON or XML
- Experience in interface programming in PO/CPI combined with ABAP, Java Script and/ or Groovy
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Being comfortable with ambiguity and able to work autonomous.
- Knowledge of (agile) software delivery practices and driving continuous improvement.
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
- Work flexible within business support hours.
- Sense of humour, positive attitude combined with an high standard of professional integrity and trustworthiness
