Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be supporting our Airline functions, however there may be times where you’ll be asked to help our other functions across the Non-Volume TA space. You’ll have a specialism in direct sourcing strategies, looking to attract, engage and assess talented individuals. You’ll drive the delivery of an outstanding candidate experience that champions our employer brand and our wider consumer brand.

You’ll be great at building and maintaining positive relationships inside and outside of TUI, aiding Hiring Managers to fulfil their recruitment requirements, while finding and implementing new and innovative ways to achieve our Talent Acquisition delivery plans. This role can be based from Rijswijk in The Netherlands, Zaventem in Belgium, Luton in the UK or Hannover in Germany and will allow for a hybrid working model.

This position will be offered on an 18 month fixed term contract basis.

ABOUT THE JOB

You will be committed to building in-depth knowledge of your business areas whilst managing the end-to-end recruitment process for several key functions within our Airline functions.

You will build strong relationships with your hiring managers and key stakeholders with the ability to flex your style and approach where necessary to influence at all levels. You will be confident in providing updates in relation to campaigns, projects & new processes. You will also help to up skill, coach & train hiring managers on recruitment best practices, processes, systems and current legislation, and provide advice & assistance at key stages of the recruitment process & campaign. Your knowledge and experience will allow you to take a comprehensive brief from the hiring managers ensuring you are equipped to source the ideal candidates for the position.

As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be designing and delivering compelling, authentic and SEO-optimised candidate attraction content, rigorous and fair candidate screening and selection (including assessment and interviews). Delivering a positive, customer centric candidate experience and positive perception of TUI’s employer brand throughout the recruitment process.

Using your market knowledge, networks and expertise within recruitment best practice, you will source and attract high calibre talent to the business using a range of methods and cost-effective channels (including direct sourcing, social media and job boards), tailoring your approach for niche/specialist/difficult to fill roles. You will be experienced in resource planning, including proactive searches, creating and maintaining talent pools.


ABOUT YOU

  • Working knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Expert in proactive direct candidate sourcing methods using tools such as LinkedIn recruiter, CV databases, market mapping, niche job boards, and social media channels
  • Experience with a variety of assessment tools
  • Driven, proactive and solutions-focused
  • Delivers an exceptional candidate experience by communicating regularly and honestly throughout the recruitment process
  • Passionate about role modelling the TUI Values (Trusted, Unique, Inspiring)

  • Fluency in English and Dutch is essential for this position
