Job Description

Join TUI Hotels & Resorts in Croatia for Summer 2026!

We are recruiting for a variety of Food & Beverage positions including Waiters/Waitresses, Bartenders, and Food & Beverage Assistants.

• TUI BLUE Kalamota Island, Dubrovnik
• TUI BLUE Adriatic Beach, Živogošće
• TUI BLUE Makarska, Igrane

Seasonal contracts are from 1st April to 31st October 2026. You will need to be available for the full contract duration.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Delivering high-quality service to guests in restaurants, bars, and lounges.
• Taking and serving orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas.
• Assisting with setup and breakdown of service areas, including tables, buffets, and bars.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent guest experiences.

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage service is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• A good level of English to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
