
Job Description
As Social Media Executive – Partnerships you will lead on the planning, execution and reporting of paid and organic campaigns across TUI UK’s social platforms.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to create and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns that drive consideration of TUI’s core partners, including but not limited to, Tourist Board, Universal, Disney & Airports. You will have strong paid and organic social knowledge and experience setting up & managing campaigns in Ads Manager across Meta, Pinterest and more.

ABOUT THE JOB
- You will be takeing briefs from internal and external stakeholders and turn them into well-considered media plans, providing estimated KPIs and rationale as to why this is the optimal approach.
- You’ll collaborate with our internal content team and our platform partners to create compelling and engaging creatives that follow best-practice and align with our brand guidelines.
- Set up campaigns using the platforms Ads Managers, leaning on our platform partners for any support.
- You’ll monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and optimize targeting & creative to deliver optimal results
- You wll aslo plan, implement, optimize and report on paid social media campaigns that drive consideration and traffic across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and new advertising features to identify suitable testing opportunities for each campaign.
- Collaborate closely with our internal Partnerships teams to build rapport, maintain strong communication and ensure a seamless delivery of campaigns.
- You’ll have a good working relationship with the finance team to ensure we track and update our budgets according to monthly spends.
ABOUT YOU
- You’ll have proven experience managing paid social media campaigns, preferably in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
- Proficient in using social media advertising tools, such as Meta Ads Manager and Pinterest Ads Manager. Plus, you’ll have strong knowledge of social media platforms, advertising formats, targeting options, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data to make data-driven decisions, whilst also being familiar with social media analytics and tracking tools to measure campaign performance.
- You’ll be an excellent relationship builder as you’ll work closely with key stakeholders in Partnership, Content, Digital Marketing, & external platform partners.
- Have a creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
- You’ll have excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills. organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- You’ll be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid-working team environment.
- Passion for travel and familiarity with the tourism industry is a plus.
- Willing to travel to our Luton office once a week.
