
Job Description
**The position offers the opportunity for remote working, with office presence as required. As a location we can consider any TUI (office) location in Europe.**
**The position is part-time (26h/week)**
As “(Senior) Fraud Manager” you will be part of a highly motivated team, detecting, investigating and developing measures against fraud activities against TUI Group from within and without. You will face constantly changing challenges in a project setting as well as opportunities for personal development, leveraging your skills to have a visible impact.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Planning, coordination and execution of investigations into suspected fraud at home and abroad (ad-hoc);
- Development of internal measures of fraud prevention;
- Communication and coordination with stakeholders, whistle-blowers and authorities;
- Creation of high-quality reports for (senior) management and other stakeholders;
- Contribution to continuous evolution of existing processes of the fraud management team;
- Worldwide activity with clear focus on Central- and Western Europe;
- ~30% international travel within role.
ABOUT YOU
- You ideally have several years of relevant professional experience and are familiar with relevant analytical tools;
- You are naturally curious and grasp complex subjects and are able to distil them to their essence;
- You work independently but also enjoy contributing to (changing) investigation team settings;
- You enjoy intercultural work, are sensitive to it and have high empathy;
- You communicate in a goal- and recipient oriented way;
- You are well organised, your approach to work is detail-oriented and analytical;
- You are fluent in English. Further language skills (German, Spanish, French, Dutch, Turkish etc.) are of advantage;
- You are highly reliable and trustworthy.
