Team Platform Solutions is an enthusiastic and dynamic team consisting of 10 colleagues who are committed to end-to-end integration and archiving solutions within the Corporate Domain. In addition, the team provides IT support and contributes to projects for Group Security, Health & Safety, Communication and Legal.
We are looking for a talented and dedicated SAP CPI Analyst to join the newly formed Platform Solutions Team.
As SAP Business Analyst CPI/PO – Technical Integration, the focus of your work will be on Analysis and technical design of E2E finance and HR business processes and their implementation in interfaces with the SAP middleware products SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO) and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI).
You will be in consultation with various (internal) stakeholders and you are able to translate business requirements into the right technical solution in co-operation with the Solution Architect.
We expect a strong track record of delivering End to End integration solutions at an enterprise level in SAP environment.
ABOUT THE JOB:
- As a SAP Business Analyst CPI/PO – Technical Integration, in your role you will work on:
- Requirements gathering and consulting for the integration of business processes within a complex and distributed IT landscape.
- Conception and technical implementation of business and integration processes with SAP PO/CPI.
- Based on the DevOps approach, ensuring a stable SAP system landscape and smooth SAP middleware operation.
- Monitoring of SAP middleware systems (based on SAP Solution Manager, SAP Process Orchestration and SAP Cloud Platform Integration)
- Developing and implementing operating concepts to ensure smooth operations as well as coordinating the operating concepts within TUI InfoTec and with our customers.
- Ensuring second and third level support for the services provided in the area of SAP middleware to support our customers

ABOUT YOU:
- Completed technical or business studies or comparable knowledge and experience acquired in practice.
- Proven track record in delivering End to End integration solutions at an enterprise level in SAP environments.
- Proven track record in the following areas:
- Requirement gathering of integration solutions between systems
- Knowledge of various communication technologies and transmission protocols such as SOAP, RFC, file transfer, JDBC, IDOC, JMS, JSON or XML
- Experience in programming e.g. ABAP, Java Script or Groovy
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes
- Strong analytical thinking skills and being comfortable with ambiguity and working autonomous.
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Proven knowledge of (agile) software delivery practices, delivering business value and driving continuous improvement.
- Able to understand technical concepts and communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Motivated to participate in International projects and willingness to travel abroad.
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
- Highly flexibility and resilience, even in time-critical situations
- Sense of humour, positive attitude combined with an high standard of professional integrity and trustworthiness
- Open minded, inquisitive, life-long learner
