Job Description

Joining the Finance Team as an R2R Treasury Executive you will collaborate with the Treasury (TR) activities within the TUI Global Business Services to provide a high level of service and support to the internal customer.

ABOUT THE JOB

Preparation and execution of automatic payments
Bank guarantees, prepayments and no calendar payments
Accounting of banking expenses and commissions
Review and modification of the payment types and bank accounts
Provide assistance to Business Supports’ Treasury needs
Assisting the Treasury Team Lead, your role will include executive tasks in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
Tasks include: KPI´s report, Payment Monthly Report, as well as supporting and providing Treasury documentation to GFS team members, addressing complaints and resolving problems under supervision

ABOUT YOU

Business University degree will be valuable
Good written and spoken language skills in English
A methodical, organised approach to the execution of assigned tasks
Strong Excel skills
Experience in similar position developing Treasury matters
Previous SAP and GEC experience would be advantageous
