Job Description
Joining the Finance Team as an R2R Treasury Executive you will collaborate with the Treasury (TR) activities within the TUI Global Business Services to provide a high level of service and support to the internal customer.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Preparation and execution of automatic payments
- Bank guarantees, prepayments and no calendar payments
- Accounting of banking expenses and commissions
- Review and modification of the payment types and bank accounts
- Provide assistance to Business Supports’ Treasury needs
- Assisting the Treasury Team Lead, your role will include executive tasks in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
- Tasks include: KPI´s report, Payment Monthly Report, as well as supporting and providing Treasury documentation to GFS team members, addressing complaints and resolving problems under supervision
ABOUT YOU
- Business University degree will be valuable
- Good written and spoken language skills in English
- A methodical, organised approach to the execution of assigned tasks
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience in similar position developing Treasury matters
- Previous SAP and GEC experience would be advantageous
