R2R Executive Treasury

Job Description

Joining the Finance Team as an R2R Treasury Executive you will collaborate with the Treasury (TR) activities within the TUI Global Business Services to provide a high level of service and support to the internal customer.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Preparation and execution of automatic payments
  • Bank guarantees, prepayments and no calendar payments
  • Accounting of banking expenses and commissions
  • Review and modification of the payment types and bank accounts
  • Provide assistance to Business Supports’ Treasury needs
  • Assisting the Treasury Team Lead, your role will include executive tasks in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
  • Tasks include: KPI´s report, Payment Monthly Report, as well as supporting and providing Treasury documentation to GFS team members, addressing complaints and resolving problems under supervision

ABOUT YOU

  • Business University degree will be valuable
  • Good written and spoken language skills in English
  • A methodical, organised approach to the execution of assigned tasks
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience in similar position developing Treasury matters
  • Previous SAP and GEC experience would be advantageous
