Programmatic Manager (m/f/d)

Join our dynamic Digital Marketing team and help shape the programmatic advertising strategy for the GAS region! In this role, you'll develop and manage innovative display and video campaigns that strengthen our brand and deliver measurable results.

**This position supports the GAS region, but the work location is flexible and possible in any of our global markets.**

ABOUT THE JOB

• You'll develop and implement programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms to drive awareness, consideration, traffic and conversion, planning and optimising display and video inventory via Open Exchange and Private Marketplaces.

• Managing and optimising programmatic budgets is one of your core responsibilities, where you'll monitor campaign spend against KPIs like CPM, CPCV and ROAS, making bid adjustments based on performance data.

• Creating optimal campaign structures and refining audience targeting strategies will help you continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

• Through regular performance analysis, you'll identify trends and optimisation opportunities, analysing audience, placement and creative performance to develop data-driven insights.

• You'll implement and manage automated optimisation strategies for programmatic campaigns, testing different approaches and adjusting them through regular performance reviews.

• Collaborating with creative teams is part of your daily routine, where you'll provide specifications for creative assets and analyse their performance to inform future developments.

ABOUT YOU

• You have proven experience in programmatic advertising or digital marketing roles with a solid understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems and DSPs.

• Your expertise in campaign setup, management and optimisation on programmatic platforms enables you to successfully manage complex campaigns.

• With your strong analytical skills, you interpret data and derive actionable insights, bringing experience with programmatic analytics and attribution.

• You work with attention to detail and can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, whilst always maintaining an overview of performance and optimisation potential.

• Ideally, you bring experience in the travel, tourism or e-commerce industry as well as platform certifications such as Google Display & Video 360, Google Ads or Criteo.

• Your knowledge of creative optimisation, audience segmentation and targeting strategies rounds off your profile, as does your understanding of data privacy regulations and their impact on digital advertising.
