Port Operations Billing Agent | Greece

Job Description

Join our global TUI Musement team within our specialist business brand Intercruises as a Port Operations Billing Agent where you will work in close collaboration with both the Port Operations team and the accounts payable team of the cruise company and the suppliers/subagents. Based in Piraeus, you will support our team with the following main responsibilities included, but not limited to, invoicing the port agency calls, preparing payments to suppliers and dealing with the client’s queries.

ABOUT THE JOB

• The billing agent will be responsible of reconciliations of supplier’s statements supporting TUI’s P2P department.
• Organize and maintain all backup documentation from the ships’ calls.
• Generate / send invoices to ship-owners and solve any query/dispute that may be raised.
• Provide administrative support to Supervisor and/or Manager when needed and requested.

ABOUT YOU

• Good academic background, with strong experience in administration.
• Desirable, previous experience in ship industry working on finance and invoicing.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Good office administration and organizational skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Multitask and prioritization.
