Calling all tourism pros based in Cyprus!

We are seeking local experts to join our diverse team of Excursion Reps in Cyprus, to look after our international guests and enhance their holiday experience.

Kindly note that this role is not a full-time position with a fixed schedule. Successful candidates will be engaged on a per-assignment basis, depending on operational needs, primarily to provide guiding services during excursions.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You will help create the very best holiday experiences for our Polish speaking excursion customers.
• Together with a qualified non-Polish speaking local guide, you will lead, translate, and guide our excursions to various destinations in Cyprus and provide engaging and relevant information to our excursion customers in the bus, and on the sites we visit.
• You will be actively promoting our portfolio of excursions to the guests.
• You will build up personal destination knowledge not available from browsing online to help you provide great service for customers.
• You will be working closely with your guest facing colleagues in destination and in the excursions department in ensuring our customers receive a unique and fascinating travel experience.
• You will respond openly and flexible to any customer queries and provide excellent support.
• You will be assisting with occasional emergencies and unplanned situations and finding on the spot solutions when out in the field on your own.
• You are flexible regarding working schedule.

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in tourism sector and as tour guide would be an advantage.
• An individual with excellent communication, verbal skills in Polish along with English, and flexible regarding working hours.
• Someone who never stops looking ahead, seeking new ways to delight customers.
